Bruce the Man!! 3 day Skye tour
April 17th, 2012 Submitted by: Matt Just returned from an amazing 3day tour of Skye & the highlands with a group of mates. If you are umming about whether to go on this tour – go ahead & book it!!

Really recommended
March 13th, 2012 Submitted by: Christiane+L. I did the 3 day Skye tour with a good friend in June and our WIS guide was Jamie. What a great affordable trip with such a knowledgeable and down to earth guy! Great anecdotes, good times & good memories created. I wholeheartedly recommend the 3 day Skye trip – great value for its low price and it does cater more towards the backpacking young adult crowd.

Idyllic Islay
March 13th, 2012 Submitted by: Judith+Witting Just back from the 4 day Oban and Islay tour. Completely gorgeous. Exploring ancient sites, stunning beaches, seeing seals, hares, stags & herons. Whisky tasting…lots of whisky! Got chased by sheep and went for the wettest, windiest, foggiest, muddiest, walk on the Mull of Oa but it was a perfect 4 days. Thank you so much Bruce.

Christmas in the HighLands

I wish I could have made it to the meeting spot when we came back to say a proper goodbye. I hope we meet again. Regardless of the weather Scotland is a wonderful place to be. You made the tour a great deal of fun. Wish there was a way to keep in touch.

Christmas 2011
December 30th, 2011 Submitted by: Prashant Gavhane Hey Kath!!! We have all reached home safely this morning. Just wanted to say that it was a wonderful trip – you carried it all the way through. The Turkey was delicious; the hostel was really good and also has the best view! It was wonderful to meet all the different people on the tour. I would cherish these memories of celebrating my first Christmas in Scotland. Thanks for making this trip so successful and memorable. Give our best regards to Ewan, Gordon and David as well we all had a wonderful time with them. You all rockkkk!!! J

We have been travelling for nearly 100 days now and have done all sorts of guide – no one compares to Heather though. Heather treats you like a friend, makes you laugh all the time, is so passionate about her job and her country and to top it off Heather is lovely. We had the best time on her trip and would highly recommend Heather and wild and scotland. We also liked the fact that they are open about where your money goes and it is a lot cheaper than other tour companies we explored. Hope this helps. ej and joel from nz

Bruce our guide story telling is the best

They are only a few of the stories that captivated me and our other adventurers. Bruce is more than a guide.. he is a passionate historian and loves his culture – though would have liked him romping around in a kilt!!!! His depth of knowledge goes further than Scotland – he is very versed in the issues and topics of the world and seems to be able to talk on any subject and is always open for debate. Wild Tours is lucky to have Bruce! He made us all laugh so much!! Thank you Bruce you are the difference. All the best. Remember you are welcome to Australia and NZ – just bring your kilt!
